This website describes the moving services Pearl Movers offers and publishes planning guides for moves in the Portland metro area. It is provided for information.
Quotes are not automatic
Submitting the quote form is a request, not a booking. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a confirmed price, or a reserved date.
Service scope, availability, timing, and cost are confirmed by Pearl Movers directly after the move details have been reviewed. The terms that apply to an actual move are the ones in the agreement for that move, not the ones on this page.
About the guides
The moving guides describe general planning practice. They are not legal advice, and they are not a substitute for the current rules of a city, a building, or a homeowners association.
Permit requirements, parking rules, building move-in policies, and association rules change. Confirm anything that matters with the authority responsible for it before relying on it.

The text, photographs, and guides on this site belong to Pearl Movers unless stated otherwise. Please do not republish them without permission.
This site links to external sources such as municipal pages and review profiles. Those sites are not controlled by Pearl Movers and their content is their own.

Pearl Movers SMS Notifications
When you opt in on one of our forms, Pearl Movers sends appointment reminders and notifications about your quote request and move (things like estimate follow-ups, scheduling confirmations, and moving-day updates) via SMS to the phone number you provided.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at a frequency that varies based on your quote and move activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
